1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ROOBUX website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and of legal capacity to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use our Service. You represent and warrant that you are not on any trade or economic sanctions lists.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Investment Terms
All investment packages run for a fixed duration as specified on the "Packages" page. The daily return percentages shown are estimates and not guaranteed. Your initial principal (deposit) is included in the daily profit payments and is not returned as a lump sum at the end of the contract.
5. Deposit Policies
You agree to deposit only the specified cryptocurrency to the wallet address provided. Sending any other asset to that address will result in the permanent loss of your funds. You must submit a valid Transaction Hash (TxID) for your deposit to be reviewed and approved.
6. Withdrawal Policies
Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount of $50 USD. To prevent money laundering and ensure the security of the platform, all withdrawals are subject to a mandatory manual review process. Withdrawals are processed within 5 business days. You are responsible for providing a correct and valid wallet address; transactions sent to incorrect addresses are irreversible.
7. Fees and Charges
ROOBUX does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, standard blockchain network fees (miner fees) will apply to all transactions. These fees are not paid to ROOBUX.
8. Mining Disclaimer
ROOBUX manages mining operations on your behalf. The daily returns are dependent on mining difficulty, block rewards, network fees, and overall market conditions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
9. Profit Distribution
Daily profits are calculated approximately every 24 hours and credited to your available balance. These funds are available for withdrawal or reinvestment (by starting a new contract) immediately, subject to platform minimums.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, spam, or attempts to exploit the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROOBUX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The platform reserves the right to go offline permanently at any time without prior notice. ROOBUX is not responsible for any loss of investments, principal, or profits should the website cease operations for any reason. Users invest at their own sole risk.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our primary operating entity is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
